![]() ![]() Path: /Applications/Adobe InDesign CC 2017/Adobe InDesign CC 2017.app/Contents/MacOS/Adobe InDesign CC 2017 Please help I need this for a big project that I'm working on. I know it's not the file because it opens fine on a different Mac computer of mine. I have tried uninstalling InDesign, restarting, deleting preferences, and even having the printer send me their archived files. I am running InDesign 12.0.0.81 Build, the 2017.0 release, on a Mac Pro running OS X 10.11.6 El Capitan. Please note: the file name of my file is not "Untitled.indd".Ĭlicking "yes" causes the document to open temporarily again, then abruptly close again with the "InDesign CC quit unexpectedly" prompt appearing again. Click Cancel to postpone all document recovery until later. ![]() Click No to delete recovery data for this document. ![]() If I click "Ignore" I then receive a prompt from InDesign saying "Adobe InDesign automatic recovery failed the last time it tried to open the document "Untitled." Do you want to receover "Untitled" again? Click Yes to begin recover. Upon clicking "Reopen" the same thing occurs. Click Report to see more detailed information and send a report to Apple." Click Reopen to open the application again. I receive a message saying, "InDesign CC Quit unexpectedly. When I double-click the indd file, it opens for about 5 seconds, then Indesign abruptly closes. InDesign crashes every time I try to open an InDesign file that I have packaged and archived. ![]()
